Tanya Wayne is an accomplished Physician Associate with a rich and diverse background. Growing up in North Dakota, she learned discipline and cultural appreciation from her military and Taiwanese immigrant family. Her healthcare journey began in sports, earning a degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Science in 1998, and gaining experience as an Athletic Trainer, EMT, and Surgical Assistant. In 2005, she obtained her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies and excelled in various specialties, particularly in aesthetic medicine.
After working in dermatology and a plastic surgery group, she opened her own practice in 2023, focusing on holistic aesthetic care. Known for her personal connection with patients and commitment to evidence-based medicine, Tanya has built a trusting relationship with those she serves.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and salsa dancing. A highlight of her adventurous spirit was participating in the 2022 Rebelle Rally, an all-women’s navigation race, showcasing her determination and love for self-growth. Tanya is not only a healthcare professional but also an inspiring adventurer and advocate for self-improvement.

Sarah Ervin is a holistic nutritionist based in Portland, Oregon, with a Master of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine. Her journey began in 2015 when she discovered the transformative power of food as medicine during her own health challenges. Inspired by the profound impact nutrition had on her well-being, Sarah has dedicated her career to advocating for the healing potential of whole foods.
Sarah’s mission is to guide individuals through today’s complex food culture, helping them rediscover the importance of nutrient-rich, whole foods. She specializes in supporting clients with conditions such as diabetes, IBS, blood sugar dysregulation, cardiovascular issues, and more. Through personalized guidance and a compassionate approach, Sarah empowers others to achieve their optimal health.
AARON GILSON | DO

Dr. Aaron Gilson is a highly skilled and board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. His educational journey began with a degree from Vassar College, followed by a medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University where he was a member of the Sigma Sigma Pi Medical Honor Society.
Dr. Gilson's extensive surgical expertise was developed through a general surgery residency at Waterbury Hospital and a rigorous plastics and reconstructive surgical residency at the University of Tennessee. He also pursued a prestigious fellowship in aesthetic surgery.
Dr. Gilson is renowned for his patient-centric approach, combining surgical and non-surgical techniques to achieve optimal aesthetic outcomes. He is deeply committed to understanding and fulfilling each patient's unique aesthetic needs and goals. His practice, Gilson Plastic Surgery, located on the Adventist Health campus in Portland, Oregon, reflects this dedication with its state-of-the-art facilities ensuring patients receive advanced care in a comfortable and private environment.
